I want to see a count of the patient's appointment statuses when viewing their appointment list. The totals should change when I change the filters.

Allow me to add evaluation categories in the Findings/Performance Skills and Areas of Occupation/Functional Measures sections of evaluation-type documents that include just a narrative box so that I can add areas that Fusion doesn't have content for.

Add Spanish translation of the HEP docs available in Fusion.

As a therapist, allow me to receive appointment reminders or be alerted to appointments I have upcoming for the day so I don't have to keep clicking the calendar to view my schedule.

Allow clients to access the patient portal in other languages. We service a lot of clients where Spanish is their primary language.

When viewing a patient's billing account, have a little number on the notes tab that shows how many notes have been added. Having a number would remind me and others to check the notes.

When viewing the list of reminders from the Schedule tab → Task Manager, I want to see the total number for each type of reminder. Currently, "99+" displays when the number of reminders is greater than 99.

I don't want to be able to create goals for other service types because if I accidentally add a goal for a different service type, I can't edit it since I am not associated with that service.

Allow me to view the patient's date of birth when hovering over their appointment on the calendar.
