If we don't collect the co-payment when a patient checks-in, create a charge line on the patient's billing account.

When I edit an invoice line item and the invoice refreshes, don't take me back to the top of the invoice.

Allow me to add general clinic information to the calendar, such as school breaks, the first day of school, etc.

When viewing multiple users on the calendar, only display their first name and last initial at the top of their column. Viewing their full name takes up too much room.
