Don't change scroll position in Authorization Reminders

When I am select a patient from the Authorization Reminders table to work on and the page refreshes, don't take me back to the top of the list.

    When someone is working on the "Authorizations Reminders" Fusion should remember where I was on the list instead of scrolling me back to the top of the list each time.
