Tell therapists to change the billing codes on a daily note when it's associated with an evaluation appointment.

Make the goal graphs larger. If there is a lot of data, the dates at the bottom can start to run together making it more difficult to read.

In evaluation-type documents under Clinical Impressions, change the section titled "Patient Education" to "Patient/Family Education". Many times we are also educating the family.
