Automatically carryover HEP from the prior note

In the old fusion system, the assigned HEP activities were already attached to the note. Now I have to re-enter them each note. This can sometimes be a lot of activities that I am re-attaching and it takes more time now, slowing down my documentation.

    The "Assigned Home Activities" section needs to be able to repopulate from previous notes like the "Old" Fusion. Without repopulating, it is difficult to keep track if I have provided a client with take home activities.
