When we mark an appointment as canceled or no show, we then need to create a make-up appointment for that patient. Create a list of these appointments that I can access easily, so that I can call to schedule make-up sessions.

Allow me to filter reminders (verifications, authorizations, etc.) by therapist so that I don't have to scroll through and see which ones are mine.

I want to see a calculated total number of entries for a particular service so I can easily know how many patients are waiting per service.

When applying a co-payment at check-out, allow me to put in one lump payment that can be applied to multiple co-pays.

When printing the patient's appointments from the schedule, add the clinic logo to the top of the printed document so that it looks more professional and they know what the appointment list is for.

When a payment is processed at patient check-out, send me a notification. As the biller for our clinic, it will help with checks and balances to make sure everything is recorded properly.

I want the ability to customize what appointment statuses are available beyond the existing status of "Scheduled," "Checked In," etc.

I want the ability to add an appointment to the schedule that does not create any required documentation. I would also like these appointments to send reminders to patients/caregivers.

Add the patient's co-pay information to the check-in kiosk so that they can see the amount due when they get to the front desk.

I want to let patients fill in intake forms from the kiosk when they come to the office.
