When we mark an appointment as canceled or no show, we then need to create a make-up appointment for that patient. Create a list of these appointments that I can access easily, so that I can call to schedule make-up sessions.
Create a list , like the wait list, for visits that need to be made - up rescheduled. That way when a therapist has an appointment slot they want to fill, they can look at the list and see the pt name, what scheduling requirements that child has ( after-school, Tuesdays, etc...) and call the family to schedule. A central scheduler could also take advantage of this list.
