When creating a document, allow me to select an appointment that is greater than 14 days in the future. We start prepping early for re-assessments and we want to be able to start the document more than 14 days ahead of time.

Add an evaluation section for equipment because we see many children who use devices and we evaluate their performance using those devices.

Allow me to mark goals as partially mastered rather than just mastered or unmastered.

When I've entered charges into my note, have the drop-down default to them not being distinct if the codes I've entered can't include the 59 modifier anyway. It would save me a step of having to select from the drop-down.

Allow me the option to hide a student's signature on documentation. Some payers in our state don't allow a student signature on a document.

Allow me to add descriptions to the therapy activities and exercises so that when I insert the activity into my daily note, the description populates as well. We want to be able to describe how the activity benefits the patient.

Allow me to create a goal set that includes a LTG and accompanying STGs so that when I add that LTG to a patient, all the STGs will be added as well.
