Can we get an equipment section added in. Pediatric evaluation must include equipment
power wheelchiar, manual wheelchair, standing frame, gait trainer, toilet chair, shower chair, car seat, walker. Then list what types, age, level of assistance needed, etc. This is info that must be manually typed each time I do an eval.
