Add descriptions to the exercises / activities section of the daily note
Allow me to add descriptions to the therapy activities and exercises so that when I insert the activity into my daily note, the description populates as well. We want to be able to describe how the activity benefits the patient.
I like to provide a lot of details in my therapy activity notes. I find I spend a lot of time typing in repetitive information. The quick phrases hasn't worked for me because the wording needs to be exact to it generate or so many activities have similar explanations that I find it takes longer to look thru the list than to just type it in each note. Having an option to save a description of the activity with the therapy activity name would be very helpful - without a limitation on characters used....

increase character length so activity and definition of skilled intervention for that activity can be created. then therapist only have to "comment" patients performance under comments. this would ensure skilled documentation while creating more of a checklist for activities/exercises. finally, we could then print these out in a concise manner. this also assists with ensuring documentation is somewhat uniformed for the clinic.
