Allow me to add modifiers, such as the GN modifier or teletherapy modifiers, directly from the daily note.

Allow me to see which HEP activities have been assigned to a patient so that I don't have to scroll through past notes.

I want billing codes in the daily note to automatically appear based on information filled out in the document. For example, codes could be tied to specific therapy activities.

As an administrator at my clinic, allow me to edit and manage patient goals.

Allow me to set an alert that will remind me to update a patient's goals. So if a patient hasn't made progress in a couple of weeks or a month, Fusion can remind me to update the goal to something more attainable.

When the goal data type is not a percentage (%), show me the percentage of the goal they met based on the data point. For example, if the patient had a goal measured in trials and they got 18/36, show me that 50% of the goal was met.

When completing an evaluation-type document, allow me to select which graphs I want to appear. Right now it's all or none and I'd like to make the selection for each goal individually.

As a therapist, allow me to run a report for a given time period that calculates the number of treatment hours I worked.
