I want billing codes in the daily note to automatically appear based on information filled out in the document. For example, codes could be tied to specific therapy activities.
It would be helpful if Fusion documentation of the eval could help determine correct cpt code to bill for the eval, for example the difference between 97161, 97162 and 97163 as determined by the number of personal factors, body systems examined, clinical presentation (Stable, Evolving and Unstable), complexity of Clinical Decision Making (low, moderate, high) and typical face to face time in minutes (20, 30, 45)
