Allow therapists to run a report that displays the patient name, the number of units, time in/out, and date billed for a specific time period so that they can double check their own billing and make corrections as needed.

When I'm writing a discharge it's hard to tell which goals have been mastered because the mastered label doesn't appear next to the goal in edit mode. I have to view the patient's goal page in order to see which ones have been mastered.
