Allow therapists to run a report that displays the patient name, the number of units, time in/out, and date billed for a specific time period so that they can double check their own billing and make corrections as needed.
I was just coming here to suggest this! I am an OT and I am reimbursed/paid per billed unit, not per visit. I really, REALLY NEED to be able to see billed units for each visit. Currently I have to open each daily note for every day and it is extremely time consuming and frustrating. This feature would be most beneficial under docs > daily notes > completed > then include a "Billed Units" column in-between "charges submitted" and "user". As an OT that is reimbursed per unit (not per visit) lack of this feature significantly impacts my ability to accurately track and verify my billing and reimbursement. Thank you.
It would be helpful if therapists could have the option to generate a weekly billing report to ensure that charges were made correctly and no errors with billing/scheduling were made.
Individual clinicians should be able to get a total of their billed units for a certain time period. Either by having the charge summary total their units or their print schedule total their billed units or total their scheduled hours. This would be helpful as our therapists are paid by productivity (units billed) every two weeks. Or if not by doing that, it would be helpful if they could run their own report without having full permission to run all other reports that would give them units in a designated time period.
