Allow me to view the edits a contributor made to a document in-line so I can easily see what they added/edited.

If I complete and evaluation, have the evaluation and POC be combined in one document so that I can just send one PDF to the physician.

When I open the patient's document, have a sticky note available so that I can quickly jot down session notes. It would allow me to write down information quickly so that I could copy and paste it later into the appropriate sections.

I want to enter separate time in/time out times for patients who are seen by two or more therapists during a session (e.g. assistant therapist & a supervising therapist).

Show the start date of each goal when viewing the patient's list of goals in Docs.

Allow me the option to upgrade a goal and copy it for a new goal at the next level (e.g. increased target percent, decreased assistance, etc.). It would save time and would be helpful to show insurance the patient's progress.

I want a shortcut to view a patient from the list in Docs -> Patients & Goals.

As a co-signer, allow me to add notes within the document or in the margins that I am co-signing for the treating therapist to review. It's easier to show my corrections in-line rather than type everything in one box at the end.
