I want to enter separate time in/time out times for patients who are seen by two or more therapists during a session (e.g. assistant therapist & a supervising therapist).
Within our SOAP notes, we need separate time in / time out options for COTA's and OT's / PTA's and PT's if the assistant and the supervising therapist are both seeing a child for part of their session. There is a new rule that is coming into effect in January 2022 that Assistants are paid at a different rate. We were notified by our largest payer that we will need to be billing accordingly if sessions are shared by 2 separate therapists.
