When setting up quick phrases in the Admin tab, if I add a place holder in a quick phrase allow me to define text that would replace the place holder. For example, if the quick phrase is "John's score was XX", then have a drop-down to replace "X...

Allow me to add a short-term goal to an existing long-term goal using the + Goal button so I don't have to "edit" the goal.

When completing a document, allow me to rate the goal using some type of scale, such as a number scale or written words. It will allow me to identify progress more quickly than writing a note or narrative.

Allow caregivers a way to grant the clinic access to the cards that they have saved on the patient portal and permission for the clinic to use that card for future transactions.

If the goal has been mastered, add the word "Mastered" to the comment field for that goal in the daily note. It would be easier to view it there rather than underneath the goal.
