When completing a document, allow me to rate the goal using some type of scale, such as a number scale or written words. It will allow me to identify progress more quickly than writing a note or narrative.
When completing a progress report, it would be great to have a column to easily "grade" goals using a clinic KEY (1-5 or M, PM, E, W (Met, Partially Met, Emerging, Working on Underlying Skills) or %s--and only have to type a narrative in the comments when needed. Each clinic could set their KEY so families and physicians could see at a glance status without reading through narratives.
Is it possible to shorten the documentation to include less "verbiage" and more drop down tabs or check boxes. For example; in the goals tab for progress include a drop down w/ a rating scale: 1-no progress, 2 min progress, 3 progressing, 4. goal met as expected etc.
This same can also be added to the goals section to show the amount of cueing ie. 1. minmial assist 2. moderate assist 3. maxmimal assist 4. independent
