Right now, the POC is connected to another document (e.g. progress note, re-assessment, etc.). Make these separate documents and allow me to complete these separately. My interventions on the POC are different than what I write in the progress note.

When sending something from Fusion via email (e.g. a document), have the email be encrypted. Some medical providers are using encrypted email to send medical records instead of using fax and I would like to do the same.

Allow me to edit the header and/or footer on a document to include information specific to payer requirements. For example, we have some payers that want the patient's name, DOB, and diagnosis on every page.

Allow me to text or video chat with other members of my office.

Allow me to merge duplicate physicians, like I can do with patients.

If I add an authorization for a given date range, have Fusion deduct the visits already used. Sometimes we forget to add the authorization and we've already seen the patient a couple of times.

Let me show both of a child's parents on their documentation.

Clinic would like an insights report that lists billing codes and modifiers to identify the frequency of when modifiers are used in claims.

I want to add a photo to our therapist users and show them on the patient portal.

When working on an evaluation-type document, the default setting for including goal graphs is set to "No". Allow me to change this so that it's always set to "Yes" because I want therapists to include the graphs in their documentation.
