I like having the goal graphs on the primary document, but the big "No Data" box doesn't look good on the Plan of Care for all the new goals. I'd like to have more options around where to include which graphs.
It would be great to be able to show graphs for goals on reassessments without having graphs on the plan of care. I don't like the big box on the Plan of Care that says "no data" for a new goal, but I like having the graphs to show all the great progress on the reassessment of older goals.
