Allow me to print the patient's information or face sheet so that the patient/caregiver can review the information and make notes of any changes.

I would like to make a suggestion that we have the capabilities to print off a face sheet/demographic sheet on clients. Something that would allow us to print demographic information, contact information, and insurance information all on one sheet.
This would be a HUGE plus for annual updates of records or especially right after onboarding so that we could make sure our import didn't mess things up too badly. It would also be great if it had checkboxes with initials or a second sheet with signature to indicate permission to activate (or not) the patient portal for each contact and alternate contact.
I would like to see a returning client "face sheet" that includes :
Client name /DOB
Address
Phone contacts
Physician
Insurance ID and Group and Insureds name and DOB

It would be very efficient to have a way to print off patient information, such as a demographic sheet that often need to be able to give to outsourced equipment orders or to doctor's offices. Thank you!
We need to be able to have Patient Demographics available to print from the Patient Information so that you don't have to pull it from insights with all the patients you have active. We need to print a PDF from the patient information. Pulling all the information for all patients in insight is a lot of steps for one patient. Thank you!
It would be very convenient if we were able to print a face sheet of all of the patient demo info for the parent/patient to verify or amend at the time of the initial consult.
