Some insurances (Cigna for example) have contracts with another company to process their PT and OT claims (American Specialty Health) however ST still goes to Cigna. There needs to be a way in the system that I can choose a primary insurance for a specific service type. In this case I would put Cigna in as the primary payer for ST and American Specialty Health as the primary payer for PT and OT
