I have some patients whose attendance has been very infrequent recently. Our clinic has begun to implement a policy that requires our patients to maintain 80% attendance for 3 months. To monitor this, we have to add up their cancellations for this time period and calculate the percentage. It would be VERY helpful if there was a way to generate this information on Fusion rather than only being able to see total cancellations for the entire time we have been seeing a patient. It would be nice to be able to calculate based on time period (ie. 1month or 6 months) as well as based on attendance for each service provided (PT, OT, ST) rather than just an overall attendance. This way we could let our patients know when they have dropped below 80%. Thanks!
