Customize patient information at the top of documentation
Allow me to customize what is displayed in the demographic section at the top of my documentation (i.e. Patient Name, Provider, Payer ID #, etc.). I may want to remove some fields or add additional fields that Fusion doesn't currently display.
Allow me the option to include the child's school information (e.g. school name, grade, teacher) to the demographic information at the top of documentation.
