Show canceled and no show % on appointment

When hovering over the patient's attendance on the appointment block, display the percentage that the patient canceled and no-showed. A patient that has canceled 2/3 appointments paints a different picture than a patient that has canceled 2/20 appointments.

    Our old customer appointment manager gave us the option to change the color of the text to alert our therapist's when calculating timesheets that the cancelled patient had exceeded absences and were being charged half. Therefore, it would be so helpful if we had the option to change the color of the text and even the color of the appointment right on there without necessarily needing to add a preset.
