I need an insurance A/R aging report that filters by payer and lists every claim with an outstanding insurance balance and its aging. The aging needs to start from the payment/ process date in Fusion not the date it was finalized. The report should identify date of service, service type, patient name , DOB, payer, instance, insurance payments, adjustments, patient payments, outstanding balance.
