It would be very helpful to assign patient's to certain therapists. As a supervisor, my supervisee's patients are not all listed in my patient list and therefore re-evaluation reminders are not sent to me. This is often an issue when patients are transferred to us from others within the company but no visits are scheduled by me, only my supervisee.
For therapists who have to forward their note for a co-signature, it would be so nice to be able to see who to forward it too when they were in their daily note and ready to forward it. We have a big clinic and staff are supposed to forward the notes to the case manager for a co-sign (we currently keep our own spreadsheet with our patient list that we are responsible for case management for, so staff are looking there to know who to forward the co-sign to depending on who the patient is). Perhaps have it show up under the patient's name at the top of the note: Patient: John Doe, Casemanager or primary therapist: Stephanie Schneider. Then we could run a report to obtain a list of all the patients each case manager is responsible for.
Assign therapists to patient by service. I would really like to be able to be able to pull up a therapists entire caseload or be able to see which therapist is assigned to a patient in the patient's account.
Can we create a report that gives us the following : A list of patients per therapist / user including data such payer/ insurance , DOB & payer ID in one report. I tried to create a report with the list of option you give but couldn't create one like I needed. Thanks!
It woul be nice to be able to assign therapist to a child’s case. For example, if we receive a call regarding a patient, and the info needs to be given to the therapists, there is no easy way to quickly see what therapists need to be notified. It would be nice to be able to assign a therapist to the child as their OT, PT, ST, etc. Our pattens see the same therapist each week so the person doesn’t change. Even if it was an optional field, it would be nice to have that option to save time on the admin side when relaying information. Thank you
We need to see which clients are assigned to a particular provider/therapist This ensures patients don’t fall through the *****, get dropped from the schedule, etc. also, if frequency/duration was also on the report we could calculate therapist’s caseload/hours
