I want to be notified when a patient is due for a progress note or re-assessment document when I open their daily note or check in their appointment so I don't have to keep checking the Document Reminders page.
There needs to also be a more AUTOMATED process that alerts therapists of progress notes and reassessments that are due. A pop up reminder box when they open the daily note would be a better option for some clinicians than remembering to check their task manager.
