Hello, currently you have F80.0 listed as "Phonological Disorder" on fusion. This is inaccurate as it also includes other disorders such as articulation. See here: https://www.asha.org/siteassets/uploadedfiles/icd-10-codes-slp.pdf
This is problematic as my reports are showing kids have a phonological disorder when they have an articulation disorder.
Although I do not need to edit the "official" icd 10 descriptions, I would love to add additional detail to some (i.e. other specific chromosomal abnormalities Q99.8=> ADYC5 gene mutation), as it gives the therapist/reader much more specific information about what they are dealing with. this would be important for all the dx that are "specified, or other"
