1) Could you please allow a way for co-insurance or copays to be estimated and billed to client prior to a claim being finalized...all while being linked to one visit? I am creating estimate charges to bill patients in a timely manner, and then having to manually delete the charges from the account/invoices after the patient makes a payment. This then makes bookkeeping very confusing!
2) can you please make it possible to export a client statement as a .csv or excel file? Because of the aforementioned issue, I have to comb through and manually check client accounts. Since I can't export these, I am manually entering these amounts into excel sheets and it's maddening!
