Move appointments to another therapist

As a therapist with self-scheduling permissions, allow me to move a patient appointment from my schedule, to someone else's.

      In the old fusion, we were able to change our own schedule, meaning moving people off of it. In new fusion, we are not able to move anyone anymore, only able to add and delete our own appointments, Allow admin to make this a privilege separate from privilege to edit entire schedule.
