Email goals

Allow me to email a patient's list of goals and goal graphs from Patients & Goals.

    I would like to be able to email assessment reports with the goals attached through the enrypted email system. We are required to include goals with our reports, so it is not helpful to be able to send a report when the goals cannot be attached.

    There needs to be a way to email parents the goals/graphs from Fusion like we can email daily notes and progress notes.
