Allow Admin users to view all assigned tasks

As a admin at my clinic, allow me to view all assigned tasks so that I can make sure things are getting completed in a timely manner.

    Tasks need to be viewable to all staff , no matter who it is assigned too or who has created it. Or if we can have the option of having private and public tasks.
