We would like to be able to collect parent's signature when a session is provided via telehealth. Obtaining a signature for every session is critical as per Florida Medicaid.
We need to be able to send a daily note to a parent either through the patient portal or through email for the parent to sign the visit note. Florida Medicaid requires this however since our patients are being seen via teletherapy we are not able to get them to sign in on our usual paper sign in documents.
