Let me indicate when a patient wants us to run their credit card whenever there are charges instead of receiving an invoice.

    Add credit card authorization indication to billing accounts screen. I'd like to be able to know who has a credit card authorization on file when going through the billing accounts screen, so that balances can be charged to the credit card without having to reference the paper charts.
