Add Therapist filter to the Waitlist

I want the ability to filter the Waitlist by therapist.

      On the new waitlist when sorting, it would be beneficial to sort by Therapist. Many agencies have multiple therapists so being able to sort by their names would help them to see how many patients each therapist has on their waitlist.
