We see our patients in "packages" with each package containing a set number of visits. Allow me to view on the appointment hover what visit number the patient is on in their package without setting up a recurring appointment.

When printing a patient's goals, change the default to not include goal graphs. I use the printed goals to take data and I don't need to see the graphs, so it's a hassle to change the drop-down every time.

Only allow the administrators at our clinic to delete appointments.

Allow me to run a report that will calculate the total number of hours of cancellations, no-shows, and checked-in appointments for a given time range.

Allow me the option to remove the TIN and NPI from populating on a statement because I don't want parents to have that information. ​

When creating a new message and adding users by location, if I click the "+" button, indicate that I am adding all users from that location. Right now it just reads, "Add Users from this Location" and I didn't realize it was going to add every user.

Allow me to add notes to document reminders so if it needs to be postponed or it has been scheduled I can notate that and communicate it with my team.

We've set-up email addresses as quick phrases in our clinic. Allow us to insert a quick phrase in the email field when sending documents.

Allow me to view the remittance(s) when posting adjudications so that I didn't have to print them to view the information.

Don't allow me to sign a daily note unless some objective/goal data has been entered.
