Increase the font size in the patient profiles because it's difficult to read the smaller font.

Change the font type in the patient profiles because that type font is difficult to read.

When viewing a patient's information, the space between the field name and the actual information makes it difficult to read. For example, the field "Name" is aligned left, but the patient's name is aligned right.

Add an evaluation section for developmental history in the Findings/Performance Skills section.

Allow me to merge clinic locations and transfer appointments from one location to another.

Allow me to change the filters of an insight report right in the list without having to pin the report to my dashboard.

When viewing a patient's completed documents, darken the icons (i.e. send, attachments, revisions, etc) because they are faint and hard to see.
