Increase size of font in fax/emailed message

When sending a document either by fax or email, make the "Message" font larger on the recipients end because our physicians are having a hard time reading our messages.

Send visit history from patient's billing account

Allow me to email the information in the Visits tab in the patient's billing account. We have clients that request this information and I want to be able to just email this information from this tab.

Set default visit count for repeating appointment options

When creating a repeating appointment, allow me to set a default number of visits that populate every time. We always set the recurring appointments to end after 100 visits and it would save time if this populated automatically.

Don't mix sign-offs when viewing document count on schedule
