Allow me to include effective start and end dates for billing codes so that when new billing codes come into effect, I can add them ahead of time and they will activate automatically in addition to the old ones deactivating automatically.

I want a report of claims that shows their state, such as the "With Clinic" state for Assisted Billing customers.
