I want the ability to create recurring tasks.

Let me schedule repeating appointments in a series without a limited number of visits or end date.

When a patient checks-in, have a way for the notification to be sent to my cell phone. Sometimes I don't have a computer with me or open, but I always have my cell phone on hand.

If a patient is seen for multiple therapies back-to-back, only send one appointment reminder for all three therapies.

If a therapist is unavailable for one or more locations, the unavailability will only display if the calendar is filtered to one location. Show that the therapist is unavailable even if more than one location is selected.

I want the ability to send emails to patient contacts directly from the Waitlist about upcoming schedule availability.

Allow me to view a picture of the patient when hovering over their appointment.

I want to add a follow-up date to the Waitlist so I know when I need to take action again related to getting a patient on the schedule.

When viewing the Waitlist, I want to see and sort the table by a patient's diagnosis.

I want the ability to send alerts, notes, or notifications to the patient self check-in kiosk as an additional avenue of communication.
