When viewing multiple services types on the calendar it's hard to distinguish between the different services types.

Allow me to hide the Task Manager so that I can have more room to view the calendar.

When adding an "Other Events / Meetings" appointment to the calendar, I want the option to select "All Locations" I have permissions to so I can block my calendar for each location at once.

When creating a repeating appointment, allow me to set a default number of visits that populate every time. We always set the recurring appointments to end after 100 visits and it would save time if this populated automatically.
