Let me view the calendar with the patient's name as the columns at the top, instead of the user's names.

When canceling appointments via the Status Updates page, allow me to create an appointment note so I don't have to navigate to another screen to do that.

When I print the clinic's schedule for the day, display the expected co-pay. So I know how much to collect.

When viewing the list of documentation reminders, I want to see a column that includes the payer name.

Make it easier to check-in an appointment for a teletherapy session, since the scheduler doesn't know if the patient shows up or not.

Let me print the schedule by patient name.

When a patient/family checks-in for an appointment using the kiosk, have the time they checked-in be displayed on the appointment block on the schedule so I can compare the appointment time and their check-in time.

The reminders in my task manager are easily overlooked. The number is nice, but not alerting enough. My therapists need more of an alert to view and complete their reminders.

Allow me to manage appointment reminders for all of my patients in one location. I want to be able to quickly view all my patients and see who is receiving appointment reminders by cell phone and/or email and manage those reminders from one place.

Allow me to add notes when printing a schedule. If I print a schedule for a client, I want to be able to add notes directly to that page about their appointments.
