Please add a column with the insurance company for each document reminder. It would help us with the scheduling of the Progress Note vs Re-Eval. Our commercial insurances are set up to give us a Progress Note reminder every 180 days and a Re-Eval reminder every 365 days. All of our Medicaid insurances have to have a Re-Eval every 180 days and we get those reminders as well if a patient has a commercial insurance as primary and a Medicaid insurance as a secondary. Basically, if a patient has a Medicaid secondary, then we want to ignore the reminder for the progress note since we never need a progress note for a patient that has Medicaid.
Adding this would be extremely helpful when you always have 100 or more document reminders showing like our clinic does.
