I want referral date added to the Therapy Details section for each service type in the patient profile.

Clinic wants emergency contact name to be added as a field under patient contact. Currently, there is emergency contact phone number and notes but not an area to add name.

Allow me to resend the welcome email that people receive when I invite them to the portal. If they didn't receive the welcome email, I can only send them an email to reset their password, I can't resend the welcome email.
