Allow me to link a patient to a physician practice rather than a specific physician. We have some patients that don't really have a primary, rather they see whoever is available at a specific practice.

Under the payer information in the patient's information, display the phone number of each payer so if I'm viewing the patient's file and need to call I have the phone number right there.

As I update the patient's deductible information in the their profile, have Fusion trigger a reminder if the deductible reaches a certain amount.

If I write an appointment note have that note carryover to the patient's "notes" section in their information screen.

Sometimes we have patients that are sent to us from another clinic or are leaving to go to another clinic. If that clinic also uses Fusion, allow me to transfer the patient's information and documentation to that clinic's Fusion account.

When viewing a patient’s appointments from the patient information screen, remove the default date range that populates.

The sections in the patient's information screen seem to run together. Provide more contrast so it's easier to see what section I'm working in.

When viewing the patient's information, allow me to see when a section was last updated and by whom, so I know who made changes.

When viewing the patient's list of documents from the patient's information, allow me to easily view all of the patient's documents since the beginning of treatment. I know I can use the date filter, but then I have to remember what date they star...

As an administrator, let me prevent therapists from adding patients to Fusion because I only want appointed/trained users to create them in the system.
