When I'm adding a physician to a patient, let me search for the physician by the name of their practice.

Show patient notes prominently in the patient's information so I always see it when I view the patient.

Let therapists without any scheduling permissions access former patients that have been discharged so they can review their goals and documents.

Let me search for a patient by the Insured ID so I can easily find the patient when that is how the payer refers to them.

Let me open a patient's address in a map so I can more easily dispatch therapists for home visits.

Have Fusion assign a patient ID to each patient that is visible from the patient's information. Having a patient ID allows for easier communication without sharing PHI in emails.

Allow me to add separate/individual notes to the Notes section of the Patient Information that have a date and time stamp, like how they appear in Case Notes.

Allow me to email the patient's appointment list because it would be easier than setting up the filters on the calendar and printing the patient's schedule.

Allow me to preview other file types that are uploaded into the patient's Files section, such as Word documents.

Add all the inclusion terms for an ICD 10 diagnosis code. For example, F80.0 is listed in Fusion as Phonological Disorder, but it also includes Dyslalia, Lalling, Lisping, etc. Have the code include all of the terms listed.
