ICD-10 code F80.0 should have a drop down option to include not only Phonological Disorder, but to include the following other options:
-Speech articulation developmental disorder
-Speech Sound Disorder
-Lisping
-Phonological developmental disorder
For example, I had to list phonological disorder when selecting this code, but in fact I needed it to state: "Speech articulation developmental disorder"
