I want to keep a record of a patient's previous last name when it changes so I can easily search for and identify the patient.

Let me turn off appointment reminders for progress note appointments.

Allow me to set the patient status (i.e. referral, active, discharge, etc.) manually.

When faxing a document to a physician, show the credentials (e.g. M.D.) next to the physician's name.

When a diagnosis code is no longer active, remove it from Fusion so I don't accidentally select it.

Allow me a way to limit who can view and/or delete specific files uploaded to a patient's information. We upload some files that only the admin or treating therapist need to view, and not everyone at the clinic.

Allow me to record the original number of visits/units approved for an authorization. When we request a new authorization we have to document how many units were previously approved and it would save me time if this was easily stored in Fusion.

Allow me to add case notes to a patient's information that can't be seen by other staff members. There may be sensitive information that we need to document.

Allow me to indicate when the patient is available for appointments and access that information somewhere in Fusion.

Let me add contact information for the person who referred the patient (indicated in the "Referred By" field).
