The data in some of the evaluation sections appears to be really spread out. Decrease the space between the columns so it doesn't look like there's data missing.

When searching for an activity and nothing shows up, when clicking the Can't Find It? Add It button, have the text that was typed in the search field automatically insert into the activity name field when adding it.

When working in a daily note, show me that I've already submitted charges. Right now, the button to submit charges goes away but that's not as clear to me and then I worry that I haven't submitted charges.

Allow me to change the order of the columns for document reminders. I would like to see the type of document directly after the patient name since those are the two most important pieces to me.

Allow me to change the medical necessity so that it reads differently for each discipline. We have some doctors that treat at our clinic and the medical necessity statement needs to read differently.
